I have a PO Box that I use for bills, letters, and etc. I just bought a house and the Mailbox was ran over by a car. I don't want to replace it. I don't want a mailbox at my resident. Is there any Law that says I have to have one?

No there is not.

You do not have to have a mail box at your house.

But... the post office will never deliver anything to your home with out one... except packages.

You need to ask your local postmaster, not YA.

Most places that I know of, you need to have a place for the USPS to deliver mail.

Many businesses will require a home address to deal with you, not just a PO Box.

You are only required to have one if you wish to have mail addressed to your home delivered. You cannot complain if someone sends the mail to your home address and it doesn't arrive. Be aware though, many businesses will not accept a PO Box as an address.
