Most of the restrictions are spelled out. They state what conditions you must meet to be driving. Biggest one is corrective lenses (glasses must be worn while driving). Some prohibit you from driving after dark, for those with bad night vision.

The restrictions are things that you either cannot do while or that you must do when driving.
For instance, I have a "B" restriction on my license which means that I must wear corrective lenses (e.g., glasses or contact lenses) when I drive. If I am stopped and I am not wearing corrective lenses, I can get a ticket, they can refuse to let me drive any further or they can impound my car.

mine says A corrective lenses.
so if i am not wearing glasses or contacts when i get pulled over, i can get in extra trouble, since i am only allowed to drive when using glasses or contacts.
i dont know what they all mean, just mine, as you asked.
