One of the best, all natural, treatments for extreme pain is the healing herb, cannabis. Cannabis has been used to treat a variety of ailments including acute, chronic pain for thousands of years. Countless studies have demonstrated its efficacy to relieve pain especially where standard opiate-based pain relievers have proven ineffective.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, TV & Computer somwtimes,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to medicines.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.

But i think your problem is in your stomach, either your liver is hyperactive and it is inflaming the intestines or constipation. So the suggested food will help you. Especially cocoanut water at morning and afternoon or milk if you like will best help.
Have some salads with meals.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Migraines are triggered in people who have conflict with themselves about conflict in life or conflict with others. It's rooted in guilt. All migraines are rooted in guilt. Out of guilt comes fear, and it is always in that order. It's guilt first and then fear.

Here's the mechanism. As you enter into guilt over some issue, the hypothalamus gland senses that you are in conflict with yourself. A mechanism of self-hatred sets in causing the pneal gland to slow down the secretion level of serotonin. This causes a lowered serotonin level. The conflict develops in the realm of the soul and the spirit and fear now starts to move. Anxiety concerning the issue starts, and histamine begins to be over-secreted in the cranial region.

Serotonin is a vasoconstrictor. When your serotonin levels are normal, they maintain the diameter of your blood vessels just the way God intended, and they carry your blood supply into each region of your body.

Histamine is a vasodilator. As the serotonin levels are decreased and histamine is incresed, you have a resulting dilation of the blood vessels. A swelling of the blood vessels puts pressure on sensitive nerves, and that is what produces the migraine.

Imitrex is a compound drug that is designed to be an antihistamine and a serotonin enhancer. Serotonin and histamine are antagonistic to each other in that they are in opposition to each other in body functions. They repel each other. They don't coexist together. When serotonin levels are reduced because of the guilt, then histamine levels are allowed to increase because of the fear. Histamine and serotonin are incompatible with each other in the human body. What happens when the drug Imitrex is given is this: first histamine is reduced and then serotonin is enhanced. Vasodilation reduces, vasoconstriction is broken, the blood vessels return to normal, and the migraine is over. that's the mechanism behind migraines, and this is the mechanism of Imitrex drug therapy.

The drug doesn't solve the root problem. You need to deal with the guilt and the self-conflict.

When we put God first, everything else falls in place. Three things we must deal with in life (1) Peace with God (2) Peace with others (3) Peace with ourselves.
The same is (1) Love God (2) Love Others (3) Love Yourself

RECOGNIZE the sin issue connected to the problem.
Responsibility - take responsibility for the sin in your life
Repent - repent to the Father in the name of Jesus and ask for forgiveness
Renounce - take a stand against the sin you have recognized
Remove - remove the sin that has been recognized

Yes, guilt and self-conflict is sin. The Lord says "perfect love casts out all fear, because fear has torment." God is perfect love. We must love others and love ourselves. God says we are good because He created us and to feel any other way is a sin.

I want you to practice something for me. At the first sign of pain, I want you to rebuke the pain and tell the pain that it has no place in you and that you are casting it out in Jesus' name.
In the name of Jesus I cast you out pain. You have no right to be in my body. Keep saying "Jesus" until the pain goes away.
