Either put he in a one piece outfit, or potty train her..I think you would be surprised how quickly she could do it.

My daughter was doing this just before we started potty training training her.
she would undo all her buttons or zippers from sleepers to be naked
i think it may be time to try training her. be consistent, let her wear undies around the house during the day. take her to potty every 1/2 hr. or so. parise her for trying, and be prepared for accidents.
we placed towes on the chairs she would sit in.
At bed and nap times there is a thin plastic liner under her fitted sheet (as to not get the mattress wet) and also a cover that she sleeps on. Its like the kind you lay on in the hospital after delivery...intended to catch All.
This child is 26 months now, and was totally trained day and night by 24 months. started at 23 months

I used to have this problem almost everyday with 2 of the little girls I watch(both sisters). It got really bad to the point where she took it off at nap time one day and flung poop everywhere and when I went in to get her I stepped in the diaper laying right in front of the door. i was furious. I asked their mom to start bringing them in onsies and she hasn't but a few times. So my solution has been to safety pin the tabs to the diaper. I know it sounds silly but so far it has worked. Just get some of the big safety pins and that should do it. Id go ahead and put her in a onsie too if you can. I know around here its not always as easy to find them in 24 months. Hope this helps you like it has me. Good luck, it's SO frustrating!

We have now 4 yr old triplets and everyone of them did that someone told me to put thier diaper on backwards that worked for maybe a night so I got tired of cleaning it all up in the mornings I used duck tape not too tight around thier stomachs over the velcro strips, It worked! Good Luck

My son overheats in his sleep so clothes aren't really an option. I use diaper pins to keep the diaper on at night. The same kind you use for cloth diapers.

Otherwise if you use zip up jammies use a diaper pin to stop the zipper from being pulled down.

We had this problem and found a very simple solution. Get zip up one piece pjs with NO feet and put it on her backwards (might want to cut off the tag also so it doesnt scratch her neck), my daughter could never get to the zipper and we never woke up to her having her diaper off again.

my daughter use to do this, she will even do it now, the only thing is she is wearing underwear now, she'll take off all her clothes. I dont know what you should do aabout it, maybe you could make sure her diaper is not too tight, or put her in the pajamas that you zip up, and have feet in it.

PJ's that zip up are nice, but most 2 year old could unzip them. A trick I tried with a little boy I babysat for a while is I took a baby safety pin and pinned through the zipper and pinned it to his PJ's so it wouldn't unzip.

I know they have these for boys - they have PJs where the pants/shorts and shirt snap together. That might help - or putting a onesie (at 2 though I don't think they have as many of these at the store) on and pants.

I would suggest a one piece sleeper- maybe one that zips up- i had a similar prob. with my 2 year old boy--he couldnt keep his hands off of it... the sleeper made it too difficult to get to.
he finally quit trying. hes almost 4 now and potty trained, so no more problems.
