Personally I think suicide is a cowardly act, but who says you don't have that right?
Regardless it's right or wrong from a moral standpoint, if someone is determined to die, they will find a way.
In regards to a God, it depends on what religion and why:
Christianity believes your life, is not for you to take.

God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

You're approaching this wrong a wrong angle. Do we have the right to die in peace if we reject life? Personally, I believe so.
On the flip side of that, GOD does not have the obligation to answer any prayer just because that's our sincere desire.

god's not obligated to do anything, that's what makes believing in him such a waste of time, we have to follow all these BS rules but he answers at his own disgretion , if there was a god . I'd understand he's god and everything but we have no choice in being born so you are 100% right

If someone wishes to die, it is because there are underlying issues that deal with sin. If he has his sins forgiven in Christ, then he is a new person. The problems that plagued him before disappear when he starts living in Christ, and for those that still exist, such as diseases or permanent conditions, he finds a new way to look at them, and Christ gives him the strength to deal with it that he didn't have before.

The Responsible, Scriptural View of Life
Life is a gift from God, not something to be abused or to end at one’s own hand. (James 1:17/ Every good gift and every perfect present is from above, for it comes down from the Father of the [celestial] lights, and with him there is not a variation of the turning of the shadow.) Hence, the scriptures encourage us to see ourselves, not as immortal souls, but as valuable creations of the God who loves us, who treasures our being alive, and who looks forward with joy to the time of the resurrection.—(Job 14:14,15/ If an able-bodied man dies can he live again? All the days of my compulsory service I shall wait, until my relief comes. You will call, and I myself shall answer you. For the work of your hands you will have a yearning. Love strengthens our recognition that suicide—though evading one’s own burdens—only heaps more problems on loved ones left behind. As far as the one who rashly took his own life is concerned, we humans cannot judge as to whether he will get a resurrection or not. How reprehensible was he? God alone searches ‘all hearts and every inclination of the thoughts.’ (1 Chronicles 28:9/ “And you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father and serve him with a complete heart and with a delightful soul; for all hearts, Jehovah is searching and every inclination of the thoughts he is discerning. If you search for him, he will let himself be found by you; but if you leave him, he will cast you off forever.) But we may be confident that ‘the Judge of all the earth is going to do what is loving, just, and right!’—(Genesis 18:25/ It is unthinkable of you that you are acting in this manner to put to death the righteous man with the wicked one so that it has to occur with the righteous man as it does with the wicked! It is unthinkable of you. Is the Judge of all the earth not going to do what is right?)

You don't have to pray for suicide. Do like Hemmingway and paint the flippin' kitchen red! Kvetching to your god about how miserable you are hardly counts as prayer, I would think.

god doesn't answer prayers. Quick wasting your time, take things into your own hands. If you keep asking questions like this you will realize that religion provides little to no answers and they provide no answers that actually solve anything.

My God has a plan for me. If I kill myself I didn't achieve whatever plan he has for me. He is not cool with that.
I could compare his mentality to the US government. In the US we are all free. If you want to you can kill someone. Will there be repercussions? Absolutely. But you can still do it.
