pain around your belly button can be caused by your small intestine disorder or an inflamation of your appendix.
When to see your doctor

Though most cases of abdominal pain aren't serious, sometimes medical treatment is essential. Consult your doctor if:

The pain is severe, recurrent or persistent
The pain gets worse
The pain is accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness, bleeding, vomiting or a high fever
Seek emergency help if:

The abdominal pain is sudden and sharp
The pain radiates to your chest, neck or shoulder
You vomit blood
You find blood in your stool or your stool turns black
Your abdomen is swollen and tender

It really sounds to me like you have a
"Umbilical hernia"...and the only way to fix it is to go to a surgeon or the ER...this is nothing to mess around with...You need to get it fixed.
