Why would they feel persecuted? Oh I know, because we are sick and tired of their hate.

Compared to what our brothers and sisters go through in Communist / Islamic and other countries the "persecution" here in the west is laughable. I feel annoyed from time to time, but not persecuted.

No, sweet girl, I don't feel persecuted. But it IS becoming more and more clear that the far left in the United States, is trying to silence Christians. It has always been clear that Christians are literally hated by some. But that's ok, because Jesus said it would happen. Because He is hated, His followers will be as well. It is supposed to be, and I count it all for joy!
God bless!

Christians should expect persecution. We are not part of this world and since we don't think like the world does of course we'll have trials.

I'm trying, but not yet (J/K) :-D
Actually, the Bible DOES say that those who live godly lives will be persecuted, but when you look at those in history who lost their very lives because they refused to recant their belief in Jesus, even today in communist countries where people are imprisoned and tortured for their faith, then I have to say no. I am not being persecuted.
For a closer look at what I'm talking about here, there's a book called "Fox's Book of Martyrs".

Persecution is a promise too. Along with all the blessings God promised. Persecution also helps us grow in faith. To mature in Christ & learn that we can trust in God who is faithful. People, Christian or not will let us down at times. But God is faithful to never leave or forsake us.
To me the bible is foundational & should be believed as true. All of it & that the bible doesn't contradict itself when read with the Holy Spirit of Truth. But the Foundation is really, the answer confessed of who Jesus Is.

They aren't, being the largest and most powerful religion in America.
PS, having people disagree with you or fight your attempts to force your religion into laws are not persecution. Being told you can't adopt a child or marry the person you love because a religion you don't belong to that just happens to think it runs the country doesn't like the fact that you're attracted to people of the same gender as you is persecution.

They are in controll of everything....the only reason they have to feel persecuted is so they can emulate the jesus myth. It's a religion born out of martyrdom afterall.
