I know this isn't what you want to hear -- but you gotta pack a lunch! "Eating out" (or eating cafeteria food, in your case) doesn't work for weight loss if you do it on a regular basis.
I promise you, start packing a lunch (minus mayo, chips, cookies and other high-fat foods) and you will lose a couple pounds just from that change.
I would also suggest drinking a TON of water (NO soda or pop) and eating all the veggies you can find. Continue with that work out program!
I don't want to suggest a diet plan for you, though. You are probably still growing, and you have to be VERY careful about starting any diet plan.
Go to your parents or guardians and tell them you want to go to a doctor to talk about getting on a healthy diet plan. A doctor will be able to work out a plan that's right for you.
Good luck! :)

Packing your own lunch isn't a bad idea cause then you would at least know how much calories and all that you are putting in your body. You definately dont want to go without lunch expecially on a school schedule so eat something just stay away from breads and deserts and you'll be fine. I am 6'5 used to be 185-205 lbs on average and i got down to 160 for a jiu-jitsu tournament just by working out and regulating my calorie intake daily. You can lose weight easy the healthy way it just takes a little commitment. wish ya luck!

one thing that you have to have for a diet is protein. People dont eat enough protein in their diets. when you eat breads try to find whole grain bread it is high in fiber. Eat a good breakfast i recommend a bowl of oat meal at least 4 times a week with a protein choice. 1 egg or 2 eggs or a piece of low fat ham. always drink water. avoid sodas even diet ones they slow your bodies ability to burn calories.
your muscles are like motors they need fuel to work.
its good to exercise but find other ways to stay moving and work your muscles. avoid long periods of doing nothing
sleep is very important in weight loss. you need at least 8 hours of rest a night. anything less will cause you to fell sluggish and deminish the desire for full benefit exercise

There is a better way to lose weight that has nothing to do with eating fruit salad or counting calories as you discuss in your question. I have been researching child and teen obesity for the last 7 years. Study after study shows that dieting and restricting your calorie intake leads to weight gain in the long run. If you want to explore why you might be carrying excess weight, better questions to ask yourself are....
am I eating for emotional reasons (boredom, procrastination, lonliness, sadness, even happiness)
am I eating for external reasons (because the food tastes so good, because food is expensive and I have to eat it all, because there are starving people in the world, because everyone wants me to eat, etc.)
do I eat to cope with stress?
am I binge eating?
In general, am I eating when I am hungry and stopping when I are full?
is it possible for me to feel good about myself at my current weight and to feel fabulous about myself as I am losing?
If you'd like a free e-course on teen weight loss where we discuss how to stop emotional eating, binge eating, and how to free yourself from weight problems forever, head over to our website and sign up for our newsletter.
To your health,

Don't skip lunch, that won't help you. If you are really serious about eating healthy to lose weight, pack a lunch.

Eat less. Do more. Only eat if you are hungry. Fruits contain a lot of natural sugar, raw vegies have less sugar, good fiber.
I feed myself once per day, when I remember to eat. Who was the goober that made up the 3-meals-a-day rule?
