Huh?!?!?
First off, inanimate objects don't evolve. Biological processes are different than Technological processes.
Evolutionary changes are brought about by a response to an environmental threat to the survival of a species. Not just a convenience. Three hands may be nice, but until there is some kind of treat to those with only two hands, there will be no pressure to change

Buildings do not procreate and die. If they did, selection of those buildings by their interaction with the natural environment would likely produce the scenario you describe (assuming, of course, that the Empire State Bldg has desirable characteristics for its environment).
But since buildings neither procreate and die, and therefore a natural selection process does not exist, the analogy is false.

Want to piss of the Darwinists?
Ask them why possums haven't developed wings or intelligence since the stupidest among them seems to be found dead on the sides of the streets in the mornings.
Were they to develop wings, FEWER would be dying! *laughter*

LOL, you're saying you don't believe in evolution, but talking about a 'evolved' descendent of man - don't you mean a 'created' descendent? You people are such strangers to logic that you're not even consistent.
You don't understand evolutionary biology - nobody says its a theory of chance and 'random events'. Mutation is random - selection is not.

I can't say for sure, but you have a good imagination! You should consider taking some writing classes and write science fiction stories!

well, eyes in the back of your head are not needed for survival.
who told you that?
and im not sure what the 3rd hand would do in terms of helping our survival...
i guess you dont understand what evolution is... =\
but i must say i find you quite amusing that you can find evolution absurd, but find the idea of a superior being, making everything, then making a human out of dirt, breathing life into him, then putting him to sleep so that he can take out a rib bone to make a female; at all any less absurd.
not to mention this great superior being cares about what we eat, how we dress, how we groom ourselves, and our sexual preferences.

I don't think so. We'll evolve scientifically to get adapted to life in Mars

Oh please. We don't look at the pyramids and think they evolved. And we don't even have the advantages that future archeologists will have. Our story is being recorded on DVD, ya know?
