The Buddha lists Five.
The Five Spiritual Faculties.
"Saddhaa; Viriya; Sati; Samaadhi; Pa~n~naa". :-)
1) Faith / Confidence (in oneself & one's spiritual teachers / -ings).
2) Balanced, but steady Effort / Energy.
3) Mindfulness & (ethical) Circumspection.
4) Right Concentration, wholesome unification of mind.
5) Right Understanding, Wisdom, Discernment, Quickness, Intelligence, Insight.
These are, for me, the constituents of a deep authentic & healthy spirituality.
Bless you, Sis. :-)

I have found the original teachings of the Buddha, as best they can be related, to be very compelling. The Buddha lived about 400 years before any of his teachings were written down, so you have to rely on a lot of people along the way to have carried the messages accurately. But I have found his obervations and recommendations to be most uplifting. The Buddha did not recommend a formal religion, and I personally think he would be disappointed at the fact that today so many people think of Buddhism as a religion.
The messages are fairly simple and straightforward, but one can spend a lifetime learning and growing within, and approaching the world with a greater sense of spirit and harmony.
Good luck to you!

Understanding that we are spiritual beings trying to learn what it means to be truly human is a good starting perception of ourselves. From there, the three most important things to me are first, humility. Without humility we cannot fully face and accept our ignorance, lack of capacity, or skill. Second, courage. We must be able to face our ignorance, lack of capacity, or skill directly. Third, integrity. Integrity implies honesty, especially with ourselves, and confidence that we have the capacity to change. Without these three ingredients we will stay stuck in our lies to ourselves and continue in pain or ill spiritual/possibly physical health.
Even with a deep religious belief, we cannot live in awareness of ourselves as a spiritual being without these ingredients.

Comprehending the whole of the 3000 aspects of a life moment.
Actually it is simpler than that. Life is both physical and spiritual, causes produce effects-that means effects are produced by causes, everything and non-thing is continuously changing. We need to dedicate our intention to operating on that understanding. The understanding part has 9 aspects. They are the five senses, the ability to integrate them, remembered decisions and impacts, karma, and the un-nameable reality beyond all description out of which the other aspects manifest.

Things that are needed to have a healthy spiritual life; the greatest is to have a deep connection to your creator, to have peace, to have love for all, and patients.

I think you need to be willing to face yourself/ego and be willing to work through ALL of the challenges that come with that. I think a belief in a higher power or a mindset of higher values must be involved (so an atheist can have authentic spirituality). Also a willingness to look outside the self and care for others and our planet.

Faith, love, hope, charity--without these there would be no deep, authentic or healthy spiritual life.

I would say that to have a healthy spirituality, is believe that all things with God is possible, that there is no god but Him, and above all else believe that he sent his only begotten Son, so, that we would not perish, but have everlasting life.
