Great bike. It's really not a hybrid though in the strict sense of the word. It is what is called a fitness bike. It is designed for people who want the performance features of a road bike without the fit of a road bike. A hybrid is almost always more laid back and "clunky" that a fitness bike.

My only comment is that the disk brake is overkill. It is the cool thing in this market segment right now to have a disk brake, but the normal V style brakes are more than sufficient. I would rather see you spend the money on getting the 7.5 or adding accessories that you will get value from.
