A lot of humans have already said, "Okay, enough!" More say it every day. Hopefully someday we'll be the majority, and we won't have to tolerate the sheeple who make up the majority, now.

Humans have been rebelling against it forever! Due to the false way humans try to teach it ,with fear and scare tactics. Instead of the reality that ones behavior simply determines where the go when they enter the Next Life. Constructive poeple are naturally drawn to the Creative aspect of things. And wicked, chaotic people to the destructive, recycling aspect of Creation. Spiritual/magnetic principles. Like attracts Like.

My question to you is how long are you going to keep your eyes and ears shut!!!! Leave f*cking people alone would ya about religion and there beliefs.

Ya know what a comment like yours shows me, it makes me believe that your "evil". Why you ask? Why does it bother you so much that people believe in God and what He stands for?
Why's that bothersome to you anyway?

And maybe you should think about this for a minute. Think about if you could believe in God and that you could believe in Satin...............and it was all true. After making the comment that you have..........who's side do you sound like your routine for? Hey it's just a thought now isn't it! Whatever you do just keep your eyes, ears, brain and most definetly your heart closed.

Maybe those of you who feel this same way think that believing in God is a sign of weakness and that you don't want to come across as being weak. You couldn't be more wrong.

Not all life on this planet is gifted with the blessing of intelligence. The word is used too loosely to describe humans as a whole. The religions were written by the unenlightened for the frightened, so it is our duty (those with triple digit IQ's and an open mind) to continue on in our scientific journeys in search of the truth.

Sir Oliver, yours is an excellent question, and it is one Ive been thinking about, reaching, asking among scientists across the spectrum. The sum of it is that,in light of the speed with which we human critters are now advancing, in technologies and medical science and others, the major religions will slither ever so slowly away by the next century. Our headlong dive into space research, and, bless our hearts, stabs at space travel, will simply open the eyes to the children of our grandchildren that the supernatural, the superstitions if you will, shall be viewed as curious, even amusing relics of the past. As far as Christianity goes, it is to woefully awash in so many absolute absurdities--the usual roster of talking snakes, walking on water, virgin births, etc., etc., that it is settling its own hash. Same is true to Judaism and Islam. Our world is changing, the Greek and Roman gods are long-long, and Christianity et al., are marching ever and ever downward. Happily for their faith, the majority of Christians are not as corrupt, rigid, racist, anti-American, anti-sex, and forever fearful as the Fundamentalists, but it the noisy Fundies who are opening to door to Christianity's demise. They are not the brightest among our species, that is for sure.

Atheism involves faith as well, as someone commented above. Agnosticism really is the only valid empirical stance.

Unfortunately, I think that we will always have them. Many religious beliefs have delusional strength, and thus, are difficult to erradicate.

The discovery of life on another planet might raise enough theological issues that Christians are forced to revise their beliefs. Maybe then there might be more peace in the world.

Honestly, I don't think there will be a world without religion for a long time if ever. It's not impossible but I can't imagine what could make it happen.

When will intolerant people like you learn to live with others and let go of your hatred?

You may THINK you know everything but the fact that you think that shows just how ignorant you really are. Open your mind a bit and understand that you don't know much in the grand scheme of things.

once primitive humans evolve out of the belief system that explains the unknown to them and funds and empowers their religious leaders, we will be rid of that mindset as well as alot of the hatred, greed and empirical-ism primitive humans with that mindset bask in.

Santa is returning soon, are you prepared?!
