No - you have to be more than nice.
If you are here to work you need to have the right visa, if you are coming for a holiday you will need to be really nice to the customs people before they let you in.

for what? a visitor visa? or immigrating?
if immigrating you need a damn site more than being nice ,it isn't easy getting into Australia
