my cat has flea and I remember not washing hands after I found black like pepper looking eggs larve don't know if I have swallowed one now having trouble going to bathroom and abdominal pain headahes scared a little bit how do the doctor test for this

The cat tapeworm cannot complete its life cycle in humans. Their larvae can enter the body however, but rarely cause trouble. As in most situations, there are exceptions. It's not always easy to test for, but it can be done.

My guess is that the symptoms you are having are caused by something else and exacerbated by your anxiety. Yes, you should consult your doctor.

While it is not impossible to get tapeworm from a pet, it is rare.
Has the cat been definitely diagnosed with tapeworm? Have you seen tapeworm segments in its stool (looks like grains of rice - sometimes moves)?
Black "pepper-looking" things are probably flea excreta (poop).
Your fear may be causing your symptoms.
