there were prophets before and after him, so what makes you think that God would show you part of him if jesus was divine?
Don't you think that is one of the best surprises in store for human beings, to see god ( or part of him if ur a christian) in the afterlife, so why reveal him to the world and have him live and act just like a simple human being would? Here is a thought.......jesus used to go to the bathroom and pass gas and burp Get the picture..... pls give me an honest answer after thinking about this image of him ......

Excellent question. Yes He most probably was.
When He was suffering on the cross, Jesus looked up and said" Father, why hast thou forsaken me?"
There are many Christians who believe Jesus is our Creator God Himself. Now if that was true, why was Jesus pleading with God for Mercy?
It's human nature to take a beloved entity and elevate him to Godlike status. People of all cultures have done this. Unfortunatley this doesn't do truth any justice. Jesus was a revered and wonderful prophet of God and he was the beloved son of God, as we're all beloved children of God. He and the other prophets were just honored to have been annoited to be the teachers of God's message.

No, He was not a prophet. He was and is the Son of God.
He had to leave the glory of heaven and be born a man because man brought on origional sin so a man had to be the blood sacrifice. Otherwise, no matter how good we are, we would still go to hell when we die. Now, when you believe
that Jesus died, rose from the dead on the third day and went
to heaven, you are accepting what Jesus did for you and this belief is what will get you into heaven to live for eternity with
God.
Jesus had to be born and feel everything that a person may feel. This way He knows what hunger feels like. He knows what it feels like to be called names and have people hate Him. He knows what you and I are going through and this makes Him a more personal God. You can pray to a God that has gone through things you have gone through. It is hard
to pray to someone who just considers Himself God and judges you on what you don`t do for Him. Jesus loved you and
me soooo much that He gave His life for us. He went through
torture for you and me and died just so we can live for eternity
in heaven and not suffer eternal torment in hell and the lake
of fire.
He says He is God in the bible. No other prophet says that.

I agree with you. why god want a son. He is not human that have desire to have kids. He is god. He sends massengers and prophets to people but not his kid.

We muslims believe that jesus was a prophet and massenger of god. He wanted evey thing good for the people, but some people manipulated what he has said like many prophets before him.

Jesus was the only prophet ever to fullfill himself.

"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the father but by me"
no other prophet in the history of prophets ever prophecied himself like this.

He WAS a prophet. The definition of prophet:

somebody who interprets divine will: somebody who claims to interpret or transmit the commands of a deity.

What's so hard about understanding that?
