My husband has a car under my car insurance. My name is not on the title. Is this ok because we are married or should I have the title put in my name. If i should , how do I do this?

You are married, it is community property. What's yours is his, what's his is yours. Legally there is no "mine and his."

Your name doesn't need to be on the title for the insurance. You are married.

The answer is a 98% yes.. but the best way to find out for sure is to call your agent. Policies vary from state to state and some have oddball exclusions that can come back to bite you when its too late.

Make the call and make sure.
