It's just like taking a drug full of sugar-caffiene is a drug- You are giving yourself a false high and a false sense of energy-It makes your heart pump faster and harder- it then all of a sudden drops-and I don't know when, each person is differentbut sugars don't last long -not that kind anyways.
then you get an all time low from it.
what people should be doing-is stop feeding the big industries money on drinks an dfoods that are killing and hurting us-and look up foods taht give high soucres of energy that lasts for a long time and doesnt giv ethe lows.

I think along time, because i get the shakes the next day, and usually can't sleep through the night
