My town council decided to change Halloween so that the kids have to go downtown and collect candy from the shop vendors and anyone who wants to pay to set up a booth. They don't want children going around town in the neighborhoods to people's housing anymore.
I do however invite a few people to come by with their children and i give out suckers, mini-chocolate bars, skittles, and m&m's.
