It says there will be a 30% chance of rain tomorrow. So I dunno if that happens like everyday, and 30 percent means nothing or what, but do you think it will delay?
Thanks.

Hello!!

I actually live in the Nashville airport. Not literally, but close enough. No, your flight would not be delayed here because the airport here is not that big. Unless there is lightning within 5 miles of the field, then you're fine.

Same from Milwaukee. Now, if you are going through a major hub before you get to your final stop, then you can incur some delays there. Popular places for delayes are JFK, ORD, ATL, and LAX. They are always congested because of the shear amount of planes flying there. So if it drizzled at anyone of those places, then yeah, you'd definitely be delayed.

Will my flight be delayed..?

I don't think so... by a rain? nope... if its typhoon/ tornado/ storm directly hitting the airport that can cause a delay.

and it's just 30% chance their is a 70% posibility not to rain.

delay's normally occur when a plane is already delayed departing and arriving it's destination. (late spotting, late arrival of turn around aircraft) if their is something wrong with the plane and needs fixing, etc. but not with rain.

Rain should not cause a delay in your flight - if there are some thunderstorms embedded that may cause a slight delay but nothing too significant

I would not be worried about a 30% chance of rain.
And it depends on what airport your flying into/out of when it is raining.
Your flying out Chicago O'Hare and its raining there will always be a good chance you may be delayed.

Even on beautiful weather, flights been delayed 80% of the time. A new study says the situation is the worst ever. ( my daughter flew last tuesday. 4 hours total delay. )

umm rain will make things go slower at the airport but not much depends on if it does rain or not. 30% is an alright chance but you can take off in rain.
