Oceans are large bodies of waters which separate several continents from one another, containing a varied and unique variety of life (marine). They are also nice to look at during sunset.

You might just as well ask if the oceans are another one of God's body fluids.

Just because Genesis said that God created human beings in his image doesn't mean that you have evidence for God's existence because both tears and seawater are both salty. You'd be just as justified in saying that the planets are God's scat. (After all, they're round, just like bunny poo.)

No, the oceans are in no way, shape, or fashion God's tears.
