One of the best is located on the coast near Topsail Island. The name is: Canine Beach Club address: 304 Becky's Creek Rd, Hampstead NC 28445. I use to live near this kennel and it's run by a professional who loves her dogs and yours. The owner also trains dogs for show and hunting. The owners name is Mary Williams.

ya, you should really put in WHAT breed you are looking for...
there is a big difference between the best English Mastiff breeder in NC and the best Toy Poodle breeder in NC. lol
