Cecee was right. That searchbug.com is nice! It says it's a cell # belonging to a Verizon Wireless customer in Longmont (CO).
I wondered 'how does it know if it's a cell phone or not?' so I tried several numbers, some landlines and some cell #s, to check (searchbug lets you do 10 free per day) and everytime it was right. So I would trust it: cell phone, Verizon, Longmont.
They also have a link on that site about hiring an investigator to find the owner of a cell #, maybe you could try that?
This link says they'll charge you $14.95 to come up with the name and address. If they can do it, and if you're the person who's posted on Craigslist about being crank-called relentlessly by this guy, seems like it would be money well-spent! :
