If you are speaking of military sponsored programs for the Air Force. the only definite one is the STAP program (Spouses Tuition Assistance Program), but it is only available overseas. Stateside - the spouses clubs and the base sponsored colleges and universities have scholarships. Otherwise, Pell Grants and Financial Aid is your next bet.
