Awhile back(About two years ago)my sister got taken away from my mother. I don't really know the complete story, and it's long and saddening but all I want to know is how I would be going about contacting or even just telephoning her.

I am her oldest brother, I have no criminal record, and I live with my mom. If there is a way I can get her back, please post that too(I know it might be hard because you don't know what happened, but post anything helpful). If you have any questions just ask and I'll update the question promptly.

Maybe if you contact the worker she can arrange for her to call you at her office or meet with her at the office, without your Mom, if she is the one she can't be around. I hope you are safe where you are at, and if not contact the worker about both things. I hope you get to see your sister again real soon. If you are old enough try getting custody of your sister so you can be together again. None of my buisness I just wish I knew the situation, so I could understand why she was taken and you were not.

well if she is your little sister get your own house if you are old enough and call the local dhs and tell them you want to file for custody of your little sister that you no longer live at the house with the mother and you think it would be best for her to live with family.if that dont work by calling them, contact a lawyer and have them file papers about custody and i know this may sound weird but adopt your sister

Perhaps you can call children's protective services and explain that she is your sister. Let them know you have not had contact with her and miss her terribly. Maybe they can give her your information or direct you to someone who can...... and she can contact YOU?

I sure hope it works out. I'm sorry you and your sister have been separated. take care.
