You have to figure out why you choose people that would do that. Are you looking for love in a club? A bar? Are you choosing beauty over morals? You have to sit down with yourself and ask some hard questions. Like what are you really looking for and what are you doing to get what you want?
If you are choosing to be in relationships that involve sex before marriage, you may be getting what you ask for, a woman or a man who has little morals. And you have to ask your self, how is your own morality affecting your relationships. If you don't think you or your other half is worthy of permanent committment, how can you expect any sort of committment?

If it is a wife, find out why and go into counseling, grill her like a cheese sandwich. Then decide if the marriage can be saved or if it is beyond hope.
If it is a girlfriend she can cheat if she wants to, you aren't married. Move on. I have been cheated on a lot more than twice, when I was single & dating! It is not cheating if you are not comitted or married. You don't have to put up with it, you can dump them and move on.

Assuming you mean twice by two different people, I'm going to say, go for a different type of person. That's what I did, and I'm very happy with someone who I didn't think was at all my type!
