I wonder if this new gadget will really work? Other than CPAP machines for those with sleep apnea, nothing on the market really works.

For the record, I know I don't have sleep apnea. I've been to a sleep center specialist.

Well, only a doctor specializing in sleep disorders can say for sure. How do you know you don't have sleep apnea? There are more people who have it and don't know it, than there are people with it. I've had sleep apnea for about 10 years (probably longer, but didn't know about it) and I urge you to find out for sure. Don't depend on the gadgets unless a doctor tells you it's ok. I'm serious when I say that your life may be at stake here. Sleep apnea can cause death in numerous ways. Have a look here ...

I will admit that I snore, although I tell my husband I don't. I have woke myself up before snoring. My husband is the worst, he can lay down and within a min. or two he starts. I want to try some of the new gadgets, especially on my husband, and have heard a lot of good about the strips. May give it a try for us both.

My husband says I do. But, personally, I've never heard myself snore. lol
I think CPAP would be hard for me to adjust to, but I have thought about asking for it, as I also have sleep apnea.

I think we all snore on occasion, but that device might work. I wonder if it works for apnea, too?

Only if my sinuses are really blocked. The worst thing I do, is sit up gasping for breath. Apparently it is a Medical condition. Don't know the name.
