It is possible if you do body stretching exercises regularly . A simple but effective Yoga, known as Taadasan gives very good result. While standing, mesh your hands, take it above your head and raising them to as much height as possible.Next bring down the hands to head level. Rise your hands again, stretching your entire body and then bring it down. Preferably you may do it by the side of a wall on which you should make a visible mark half an inch above your maximum reach. Move it half an inch higher once you are able to touch the earlier mark.It is a sure method to gain height. While you are doing as above, you should spread the techique to others also, who may need it.

No. even how much there are ads that say that they can make it work. Our body has a cycle, a time for growth, for healing, a time for everything. At the ends of our bones have what we call epiphyseal lines that close when we reach a certain age. 18 for girls and 21 for boys. This line is responsible for bone expansion (vertically), and it hardens and closes once the maturity is reached.
It would be best if you take vitamins that would strengthen your bones and prevent bone degeneration, rather than waste money on growth pills. As we age, there is a tendency that we might get shorter instead of taller due to bone loss.
Don't you think that is a better investment.

No, the only way that you could grow taller is if you have actual growth hormone injected into your body. Even then it is a small chance because there are growth rings in your joints that close shortly after puberty. You are and should reach full maturity by age 17, or there about. Sorry. Not a medical Dr. but had my arm broke and they were concerned about these growth rings filling in with calcium, a normal occurance when there is trauma to the body. the liklihood that I would go through life with one arm shorter than the other was small, but I had fractured in just the wrong place and it was something to watch. I could not overdo the calcium intake.

I don't think so. Females usually quit growing by the time they are 18.
