Try using Hylexin which is "formulated to reduce the appearance of serious dark cirlces and visible puffiness." However at £95 for 15ml its a bit pricey!
I read somewhere that putting a teaspoon in the freezer for about 10 minutes and then placing it straight under your eye improves circulation around the eye...you could give it a go!
Also try Pro-Peptide Advanced Eye Contour Gel by Dermaglow £45, 15ml, or Ole Henriksen Ulimate Eye Lift Gel £35 28g.

There is product that actually corrects dark circles under the eye, rather than just covering them up. It is called Hylexin and is sold in department stores. It is made by the same people that make Strivectin. It works on the inherited type of dark circles that tend to run in families or with some ethnic groups. Be ready to pay for it's effectiveness though. It runs 95.00 a tube but comes with a money back guarantee I think.

I don't know about creams, but I can tell you that I use a Bare Minerals product called Well-Rested, and it is amazing. It only costs about 15 dollars. You take a flat brush and lightly dip it in the minerals and then brush it under your eyes. It works wonders, and it lasts all day. You can buy Bare Minerals online, at Ulta and at Sephora.

what you are talking about is all about your face,
not the skin of your body from the neck to the feet.. (excluding the face)
and you are asking for a lotion!?
a lotion is not applicable to any part of the face including the eyes,, okay..

well, try this one..
this the cheapest way for me to get rid of those shadowy eyebugs..
slice a PEPINO fruit by night spherically
and place it over your eyes at bedtime..
the next day, swear, it sure will be gone..

Go to the tanning salon and buy some self-bronzing cream. It is a great moisturizer and effective color balancer.
