That's a very intelligent question and good awakening challenge for rich countries!!! Thanks for raising that query here!
Rich capitalists in my opinion and basing on world wide update on news... they allocate at least 50 percent in various hidden forms in the society for brainwashing purposes... they may not only come from media, publicities, school blah blah, church doctrine involved in politics and siding politics... (which by the way supposedly must be 2 separate entities in the society)...
atheism may flourish yet there are also non-believers who do more good to the society than the hyporcrites who pretend to be goodie good old shoes who goes to church.

0% of my money goes to brainwashing.
I have no problem with donating to the Heart Foundation, Breast cancer, and cancer research, and a few others that are similar.
Now if the U.S. can make it possible for everyone to be insured so they can get the treatments research has made possible, we will be on the correct path.
