so i was casually seeing this guy. lately though everytime i ask him to hang out he's doing something. i brought it to his attention the other day and he kinda freaked out and said he wants to hang out still and it was because he had work to do and couldn't hang. but everytime i see him with other girls or the possibility of him hanging out with out girls comes up, he acts like i'm going to be upset with him. like i saw him with 2 of his girl friends yesterday. i was with a guy pal of mine. his friends recognized me and told him. he turned around and did this awkward wave. i want to tell him that you can hang out with other girls...i can't get mad. i mean i could but he's not my bf. what do you think his deal is?

He's a guy. He's hanging out with girls because he's attracted to them on some level. He's no longer attracted to you, but he's forced to continue playing this friendship game. "Yeah, we can hang out, but I have a lot of work to do" is so much easier for him to say than the truth.

Either you trust him or you don't. If you don't then move on, what's the point in stressing. I'm sure you've better things to worry about. It was just a casual relationship, no huge love lost there. See him out and about just smile even walk up say hi to the gals, introduce yourself as his friend. Kill em with kindness gal.The reason for this is to let him know. It's all good. If he is dating why shouldn't you? As all of this is going along, scope out a man who isn't going to blow you off.

I think you're missing the point: He doesn't want to hang out with you. You're ignoring all of his signals. Forget about him and move on. Life is too short to waste on people who aren't that interested in you, friendship or otherwise.

It sounds like middle-school drama. Teenagers read into things too much. Be yourself, do what you want to do and stop worrying about what others do, how often, etc. Life is too short to get hung up and fuss over this.

if he's acting this way he could
possibly want to go
to the next step: establishing a relationship.
the fact that he looks for your approval
upon whom he can hang out with
is a pretty big hint

Open your eyes girl!! He just doesn't want to hang with you anymore but doesn't have the balls to just come out and tell you.

The deal is you need to move on. He isn't interested. Sorry to be so blunt, but you need to stop hurting yourself because he isn't paying you the attention you need and deserve.
