No it is not because the diet pills alone cause random side effects. Plus on top of that the diet pills say not to be taken with anti depressants. I would advise against it.

If you are referring to prescription diet pills that are amphetamines "uppers"-then no, it is not safe. Especially if you are taking something like Ritalin, Ampheta, etc..
The anti-depressants are usually also appetite suppressants, so a diet pill would not be needed.
Your doctor should be aware of ALL meds that you are taking.

I'd ask your doctor or pharmacist about that to make sure...mixing meds is dangerous, and anti-depressants tend not to mix well with other drugs. It isn't worth risking your health.

don't take anything like this without clearing it with your doctor - even over the counter drugs, herbs, etc can interact with medications. I had this fiber laxative called swiss kriss - which interacted with one of my medications, I had no idea. but it was true, it did. clear everything with your doctors.
