I am really tired of being fat and going through this - dieting and failing. I thought if I go without food for awhile it would jump start weight loss and I don't know........I don't know what to do anymore.

Quite awhile actually. but not without water. thats just days.

Depends a lot on what's going on during that time (activity burns fuel) and how much fat the body has stored. Anywhere from 30-45 days is the generally-accepted number. It's water that is crucial; 10-14 days.

about 8 days i guess..bt u need water...cuting off food would not help u..once u start eating u tend to put on more weight n its also a health hazard...go consult a dietitian who can provide u wid a balanced diet plan for a healthier happier living...

3- 5 days can someone manage never eat. It also depends on body fat.

But you need water or other liquids supplements for u to survived
