There's 2 stupid answers for you...No chip,cold air intake is ok,ok to do exhaust past the factory cat. converter.Suspension wouldn't void the powertrain warranty,but any steering or suspension problems wouldn't be covered.

You cannot do those four things on it without voiding your car warrenty.
Any Modifications that will affect its performance and reliability will Void it for sure.

Change wiper blades.
Put air in the tires.
Put gas in it.
Add washer fluid.
Change the air filter.
That's about it..........
