Hyundai warranties are very long but very touchy. Adding a different chip would be in violation of the warranty. Not sure about the others. Talk to a dealer they'd know. remote starters and alarms are different. Chips alter engine performance, don't screw yourself.

I think you need to remember it is a Hyundai. If it was performance you wanted why didn't you buy a ZO-6 Corvette? Hyundai looks for reasons to reduce warranty pay out. Actually most cars warranty says if the modification causes the failure the warranty is Void. But KIA / Hyundai is different because the powertrain coverage is so long.

You can do anything you want as long as you keep records/receipts.

I had another company install a remote starter 2 days after picking up my brand new car and when I asked about the warranty coverage they said any work I had done or did myself wouldn't change a thing........
