For some reason if I drink enough to get tipsy [[or in a couple of cases in the past where I've been completely out of it]], I am drowsy/ only half there for days, and sometimes weeks afterwards, obviously depending on how drunk I've been. Why is this?

I barely drink much, I don't get 'drunk' very often. For example, the other night I was slightly drunk, but I remembered everything, and the last time I've been drunk since then was on New Years. I drink casually, so I'm kind of wondering if this has anything to do with the lack of alcohol I drink? Does it affect my body in the sense that my body is not that experienced or something? When I explain how I feel to others, they have no idea what I'm talking about..

Basically I feel kind of sleepy, almost like I can't think straight. However, when I'm like this I've found that I notice things more, and I'm not afraid to speak my mind, which is very worrying!!

Please help! Could it be dehydration or something?

It is dehydration. What I would do is drink a bottle of water every few hours and try your best to sleep it off. Also, a shower usually helps to wake you up ... if for no other reason, you'll feel cleaner (feeling dirty during a hangover makes it that much worse, in my opinion).

More frequent drinking is Not the answer.
Sounds like you need to leave alcohol alone completely.
Keep your brain cells in top shape by avoiding alcohol.
Dehydration, lack of moderation in consumption, lack of education about the effects of alcohol--all of these, seem to be part of your problem.

Sorry, but watch out that you don't wind up with alcohol poisoning resulting in permanent brain damage or death.

On another note: Some people are truly allergic to alcohol.
Do a search. Knowledge is power.

The vapors will make the attention choose to close and that's great because of the fact laying in a depressing room with eyes close is what is going to help. After an hour or so, wipe it off and positioned new on. Vick's------bypass get it.

It could be your brain and the receptors. Alcohol must have a different effect on them by being blocked for a few days. You shouldn't drink to the point where you're spouting out different things because you could say something you will regret.

You should discuss this with your doctor.
You may be allergic.
This is your body telling you to stop! Listen!
So, drink only in moderation and see what happens.
