Installing a Line-Output Converter In a 1998 Dodge Neon?

I bought a line out converter from Install Edge, and I'm not sure how to hook it up exactly. Which wires should I run it off of; the rear speakers or the wiring behind the deck? Also, I need a little help understand what wires to splice into since there's a positive and negative wire for both front and back speakers. Any pictures or advice tha can help me along is appreciated!
