Yeah I know stupid of me not to mention this long ago but it's been going on for a year. Even with the right prescription if I stare at one thing for like more then 5seconds SOMETIMES I see double of them but the 2nd one is all blurry and everything. IT goes back to normal it only lasts like 4seconds most of the time. What's going on?

There are two types of double vision or diplopia. Binocular diplopia is due to a problem in the eye structure and has many causes such as lazy eye, head injuries, strabismus, etc . Monocular diplopia is caused by refractive error (wrong prescription), corneal scarring or cataracts.

Most episodes of blurred vision are nothing to worry about but the only way to know for sure is to see an opthalmologist. There are times when episodes of blurring are a signal that you are declining into blindness. Please get checked out just to be on the safe side.
