Why would someone start a religion based on fictional characters?It's already been done too many times already.Star trek and star trek TNG are cool shows though.But I understand they are FICTIONAL.

If they haven't yet , why not start your own Star Trek cult there are millions of Star Trek fans around the world.

I all ready have it posted on my wall!
I LOVE Star Trek and I own a computer company so you might say I am a "Card Caring" GEEK!
We are having some organizational issues we can't agree on who to worship, Roddenberry, Q, or Captain Kirk. Then we have some fringe groups that want to worship the Borg. Not to mention the ones who want to worship Janeway or Picard. It's a hopeless situation!

Ha! Maybe, I mean when that show was canceled they brought it back and I don't think that there were that many fans. If they would bring back that boring show they probably would create their own religion.
