I am fixing to use Alli but I heard when you farted, you farted orange oil! lol. And your turds are orange. I think someone said it was from eating greasy fatty foods while using it. Well I eat fruits all day, fat free yogurt, salads with no dressing, subway sandwiches (really low fat) and those weight watchers meals with low fat. Thats all I eat, so will I be ok and not cover my girlfriend with orange when I fart on her?

I'm trying not to burst my sides from laughter while reading your question. You reminded me of an incident that I had with Alli. I have been using the pill since it hit the market. It was very rough on my system at first because (like so many people) I figured I could eat what I wanted and take this magical pill to keep from gaining weight. I had horrible cramps and the most rotten gas I had ever smelled. My husband had to sleep on the couch some nights because it was so bad. I finally decided to change my lifestyle, as suggested by the booklets in the starter pack, after two incidents. the first occured at home. I had eaten a really fat meal for lunch and later that day i passed gas. My husband told me that I should check myself because it smelled like I had done something. After the smell didn't go away for a while I got up to check myself and he told me I had a stain in my pants. He thought that I had done number two, but when I went ot the restroom to check, my underwear was full of orange fatty oil. A few days later--WHILE AT WORK--my belly hurt so bad that I knew I had to go and fast. I rushed to the restroom (I barely made it) and blew the toilet up. I knew then and there that if I was going to keep using the stuff that I had to change my lifestyle. I began walking four miles a day and cutting out most (not all because I still love my KFC) fatty foods. When I want to snack, I eat fruit and low fat butter popcorn. Over the three months that i have been doing this i have lost three inches on my waist and seventeen pounds. I feel better and I don't have any "orange terds" floating in the toilet anymore. My bowels are loose, but controllable. The point is that Alli can help, but you have to cut out some of the fat in order to avoid those nasty side effects. By the way, Alli has never been released under another name. there is a stronger prescription version that blocks a larger percentage of fat from being absorbed (Orlistat/Xenical). I have a friend who used it and all she did was complain about the cramps and oil leakage (she had to wear panty liners) and the price of the stuff. She eventually stopped using it.

I heard from a friend of mine that Alli causes diarrhea if you eat a lot of fatty foot. That's how Alli rids the body of the fat...thru the bowel. Any food item containing any fat may tend to give you the trots while using Alli. You should be just fine if you're eating a low fat, or no fat diet.

Alli does artwork although as with all meals pill the loss is least perplexing temporary. in case you does not have a strict meals and exercising activities before than and when you're taking the pills you will acquire the finished weight returned plus some. the extra severe side result's the bowel disaster, it fairly is disgusting! in case you're observing to unfastened the "vanity" weight of 5 or so pounds before than the holidays and could handle the side consequences then this is the pill you're observing for although the high-quality meals is changing what you eat and exercising. stable success!

I think the body rids itself of any fat over 15g in 1 meal. thats where the runs come from. Check out the site lots of info. PS I asked my doctor about taking it he said that it use to be a script under another name and the ppl he gave it to had nothing but complants about it. So maybe think twice there are lots of ways to loose LBS.
