Final fantasy 10 PS2 question!?

Does anyone know where to get shining gems from? I'm at Mt. Gazagat and I'm not past killing Seymour Flux

Here are some of the enemies you can steal Shining Gems from:
SINSPAWN GENAIS
SEYMOUR OMNIS
ABADDON
BOMB KING
JUGGERNAUT
Also, if you fight the Magus sisters, you will get 40 shining gems.
