Why is Love so different?

Why Love is considered "The Most Powerful Magic of All" and given as a "Gift"? While sadness is "The Most Hurtful Feeling" and happiness is "The Most Light-Souled Body". I know every feeling is different, but why Love is very different?

Well, love is different, as well as all the other emotions you listed. They are each different in their own ways. To love someone is to love them more than you love yourself, to sacrifice things for that other person.

Actually, Love is very different to other emotions because it's unique and has it's on way of feeling for yourself. Love can be expressed in only one way, any sweet movements you take, it is considered as simple love and it is also given as a "GIFT" (as you said). Most people do love, even those who are evil, they also have love emotions. Final Fantasy is one example of showing love, they fight the evil and save peace and love for others. Final Fantasy VIII, when you watched the ending, when Rinoa hugs Squall, the light appeared and beautiful flowers around them. It is "THE MOST POWERFUL MAGIC OF ALL" that gives Squall a new life. Love save other people from sadness and sorrow. Love and Happiness are combined once they do sweet things. Feel the love by playing Final Fantasy!

Its all due to a misconception of what love is, what emotions are, and how feelings work. Really its been mans conception that love is, itself the only one feeling. That ether you love someone or not. THis makes gives it the impression that its a gift. Combined that with the fact that it, IS want brings people together, makes it the most powerful magic of all. The reality is a bit more.... interesting. See love is a very RAW emotion, shoot its the RAWEST! Love is the emotion whose job is to make us FEEL. Thats it, its the FEELINGS that really get us going, that confuse us, and also because love excites OTHER emotions. If you've ever been angering at someone its because you loved them. Now that doesn't mean you want to marry them, just means you "Felt" them. Whatever the feeling might be is unique and dependent on the situation your in, the thing your felling for, and why your feeling for it. But really this means that something like "falling in love" is really a cascade of FEELINGS, due mostly to the fact that the more you love a person, the more FEELINGS you have for them, and the more you can associate them with you, your world, and your future. So really love is never really what makes a relaitonship, its what we do with love. Remember that if you ever get in a relationship with someone abusive. If they abuse you it isn't because they don't love you, thats just HOW they love you....
