If the tv broadcast is there means no prob by using any tv tuner card you can enjoy watching programs in Ur laptop

you,d be better to buy a second hand sky box and set it up there if you want to see all the channels you would normally watch at home ( if you are from the uk) You don,t have to pay, there are a lot of free channels or just watch Spanish tv to learn the language

A satellite uplink and the proper hardware i.e. video card for your laptop....
