and im not seeing any thing diffrent and the scales have gone up a few kgs whats goin on and no its not that i have no more fat to burn i need to loose about 15kgs what do i do pls help

stick to what you are doing,its not unusual to gain a small amount of weight,this is from muscle build up at the gym.stick to your low carb diet and dont give up.you can do it.good luck to you.it took a long time to put the weight on,its the same to take it off

Maybe concentrate on getting your metabolism burning properly. If your doing exercises it usually takes about 25 - 30 mins before it will start burning body fat. If your doing weights at the gym dont worry about scales use a tape measure on waist ect to keep track of your weight loss.

Gotta stick to the 1200 calorie rule. Eat 6 small meals a day....every 3 to 4 days go and pig out, then cut back like 1 or 200 calories and then go back to the 1200. the third day, this causes your body to go WTF? You break out of starvation mode and will lose anywhere from 2 to 7lbs after you do this. Exercize for 2 hours one day, then 30 mins the next then swimming the next and when you use the elliptical machine break into 6 min intensities and then slow it down and bring your heart rate back down to almost resting and do it again...this stress induced challenge causes the body to once again freak out and speeds up your weight loss, so far its working I have lost 59lbs!!! :) Keep up the good work, you definitely have the strength. Also between meals on days you are watching your calories, eat ALOT of salad and I know they say dont drink coffee, but it will keep you from bloating up after say, a night on the town drinking, or eating a high sodium meal when you go pig out :) it works :) I watched the theory on this commercial PSX-30 its called something like that, and it works. Run and watch what you eat afterwards.... Make sure their isnt alot of fat your eatting...

I heard alot of diet pill work like slim 30 and even the diet shot every week... Overrall it really depend on how much meals you take a day and the things you eat.

I agree-if you eat too few calories your metabolism drops dramatically, especially if you aren't getting sufficient nutrients-your body thinks you are starving. If you work out every day you should be able to eat at least 2000cal/day unless you are tiny.

Have you tried talking to a nutritionist or a dietitian? They will give you a diet plan based on your BMI. It's really great. When I followed my nutritionist advice, I lost almost 2 lbs a week. :)

If you go below 1200, your body will go into starvation mode and turn all food into fat. You cannot go below 1200.
