Go to a doctor. If you don't already have cancer, there's a good chance you will eventually if you keep smoking.

Cancer ALWAYS has to be considered in a smoker who has a lump in their throat. Doesn't necessarily mean that it IS cancer but the doctor must always consider it.

Head over to a doctor ASAP. While you're talking about the lump in the throat, ask about help with quitting smoking.

Go see a doctor as soon as possible. There are a variety of treatments for tobacco addiction. Check into them. You don't want to do this to yourself.
