Yes - a 30 yr. old Filipina can work abroad as a bar tender but she should avoid working in Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc. - countries w/ a record of human trafficking or exploitative employment practices.

Yes, but like anything else you must excel at what you do.
Even though women are not considered as equals in some places the only way to break the stereotype is to be better then a man at something.

Surprising that is where many Filipinos end up working. Cruise ships know they can hire them at low wages. To work abroad legally she needs a work permit, etc. Working a Cruise ship is one way of doing it though.

it doesnt matter what your nationality is...as long as you have the skills/talent and most of the bartenders here in Canada are good looking.
