In the UK at 16 you can get married and have sex, and up until recently buy cigarettes, but at 18 you can buy alcohol, now buy cigarettes. Strange laws here can get married but can't have a drink at your wedding reception!!!

The way you worded the question is illogical.
But, when you're 18, you can buy cigarrettes, lottery tickets, and porn, among probably 10,000 other things. When you're 21, you can buy alcohol.
At 16, you can get your license in most states, some earlier, some later. Otherwise, look forward to turning 17 so you can watch an R-rated movie, as I'm sure you've never done before.

Drink , drive (you can get a provisional at 17), vote , get a tatto (legally), go to clubs and obviously celebratre your 18th and have a real ID of being 18 lol, get married and wach an 18 movie ... which is weird as you can become a parent at 16 because theres no legality on contraception and not to have to be marrried to anyone as you carnt as you are underage (unless you get permision from parents),mad world x

What like sex, drugs and drinking alcohol? I say dont do any of it ever, except sex, when your happily married with some one you love and care about. But the other two dont throw your whole life away, just to get high or drunk, it's not worth it one secound. No sex until your married. Trust me i know about the horomones, but thats not worth, a disease or pregineacy. Dont do it yet.

at 16 you can still be a kid. And you can start working toward your college degree (in some schools). You can prepare for prom.
