I'm wondering if I have a hemorrhoid or not because I have small bump around the anal opening, but I dont have any of the symptoms. There is no itching, burning, bleeding, pain, or irritation. I eat a pretty healthy diet and I exercise at least an hour a day, and I have no irritation from that either what else could it be.

Sounds like a hemorrhoid. Or it can be a skin tag. The fact that you are active is also a reason it would be a hemorrhoid because you could be straining the muscle while you are working out and not even know it. As for the fact that it is not itchy or swollen doesn't exempt it from being an external hemorrhoid. Why? Because it just isn't aggravated at this time. Keep eating right and keep the fiber in your diet and it may not act up for a long time. Other than that it could be HPV, genital warts. If you are concerned have your doctor check it out. Embarrassing, I know, but everything in that region is.

DO NOT SQUEEZE IT or anything else. Hemorrhoids not necessarily itch or bleed. However, to be sure go visit a doctor. If it's a hemorrhoid get Rue Care Oil.

Don't know what it is as I can't see it. People CAN have hemorrhoids without having any other symptoms other than a lump.

You should see a doctor if it worries you or if it changes in size, shape, or consistency or if you have a discharge or if it bothers you.

Could be a mole but probably is a hemorrhoid...they only get nasty when they are inflamed, at which point you'll be walking along like you are trying to carry a watermelon between your knees.
