More than I get, I'm sure. I'm 34 and sleep an average of about 5 hours a night. I think 7-8 hours a night is the ideal.

Sleep is like food. The more u have, the more u want to have. So, set ur own limits, but as average standards, u can say 6-8hrs sleep is required. But it is also true that the people who sleep for 5-6 hrs a day utilise their brain more effectively than others.

An average adult should get 8 hours of sleep. One day on your day off go to bed and set a timer sleep untill you feel like waking up if you have a headache you prob. slept to long If you feel great then see how many hours that you slept.. Also you can get medication to control your sleeping if you feel you do not sleep right. I take 25mg Serequel and get a full 9 hours of sleep and I feel brand new. I do not always have to take it.

That differs per person. I'm 32 and I need about 8 hours sleep. if I get 9 I feel really good, if I get less than 7 I'm a wreck...
