Yes, but not as much as aspirin. There is a mild anticoagulant effect lasting a few hours. It is does not contain aspirin, but some persons with sensitivity or allergy to aspirin may have the same reaction to ibuprofen.

All NSAID's (non-steroiodal antiinflamatory drugs) have some blood thining properties but not anything like aspirin wich combines with the platelets irreversibly and makes them slippery causing longer coagulation time (or higher INR) if you wish. Some evidence points that ibuprofen stops this effect of aspirin. So patients taking aspirin as a "blood thinner" are better off not taking ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is never prescribed as an antiplatelet, only aspirin is.
