I want to get another tattoo but it has to be my own artwork. The only problem is that I am not very good at drawing and I need inspiration. Also, how can I think up some good ideas for a tat? I love to play guitar and listen to music, but I can´t think of any cool tattoo ideas or designs!

The problem with self-drawn tattoo designs is that many cannot transfer over to a tattoo. Often the details are too small, for instance, for the size of the tattoo requested.
A tattoo artist takes the element of time and sun exposure into consideration. Too many fine dark details will likely all run together on fading of pieces heavily exposed.
While there are many other considerations here, there is nothing wrong with you bringing your own ideas to a tattoo artist and have him/her work with it to create a great tattoo design. Go with what you like - sometime people bring in several different pictures to take various elements of each for one final design.
It can still be your originality and inspiration while ultimately, the artist's work.
